I have paid online. What should I do then?
After online payment, please record the payment reference number and send it back along with the completed booking form to us. If you do not know the payment reference number, please mention 'No Payment Ref. Received' in the booking form. We will send you a notification saying the we have received the form within 24 to 36 hour after you send it. Please let us know if you have not heard any reply after sending the form.
Can I buy tickets if I am not in China?
Of course you can. We accept booking request from all over the world.
How many days in advance can I book my ticket?
You can initiate your booking between 10 and 60 days in advance, excluding the date of journey at the train originating station. Domestic trains within China mainland open for sale 10 days in advance. International trains open for sale 30 to 60 days in advance. Generally we only accept your booking request at least 10 business days in advance.
I made a booking request online, but I have not received a reply from you.
Generally we will send you an email within 24 to 36 hours. If you cannot receive it, please check your SPAM box of your email account. You may also send us an email to enquire the updated status.
How do I know the booking status of my ticket ?
One of our advisors will attend to your order and let you know the status of your order via E-Mail. Don't hesitate to ask us. Gerneraly, domestic trains can be confirmed 10 days in advance; international trains 30 to 60 days in advance.
How can I receive my tickets?
Please specify the delivery address when you place the order. Our ticket delivery service covers urban areas of Beijing, Shanghai, Xi'an, Guilin, Guangzhou, Hong Kong and other main cities in China. You should let us know your 1, Delivery Address; (home address or hotel address) 2, Delivery Date and Time; (Please make sure you are there during the time given by you) 3, Phone Number (You mobile phone number or hotel number and room extension number if you know it)
How can I pay for my tickets?
The tickets need to be prepaid in full. In case your booking cannot be confirmed, we will refund the money back to you. Please check the 'Terms and Conditions' in the booking form we send to you by email.
Does it mean I will definitely get the tickets I have booked once I have paid for my tickets?
Not really. Once we have received your payment, we will proceed to purchase the tickets as soon as the train opens for sale. In case the tickets are not available, we will inform you by email and refund the payment to you. You will have more chance to get the tickets if you make an early booking.
How can I cancell my reservation?
You can simply send us an email with your reservation ID number. Cancellation fee varies from 10% to 100% of the total cost. Please see the cancellation on the booking form sent to you by email or contact our counsellor for details.
What does the price include?
The price quoted includes ticket, ticket delivery, service charge and all taxes if applicable.
May I get discounted price?
Yes. You may get discounted price if 1, you enter a coupon code received from us when you place your order; 2, you buy 8 or above tickets in one order. Discounted price differs in each case, ask our counselors before you make a purchase.
Do you ship the tickets to my home address?
Unfortunately no. Although we can reserve your train tickets a couple of weeks before your departure, however, in most cases, the China Rail only print out the tickets around 4 to 20 days in advance. We will deliver the tickets locally to your hotel or other address you specified.
What should I do if I cannot find a ticket I want in your website?
You can simply tell us your desired departure and arrival city by email and we can do the rest for you.
Can I buy a rail pass valid for one month?
No. In China, the train ticket is only valid on the specific train and the specific date. You can not get off in between and get on the train some days later with the same ticket.
Can I reserve a ticket and pay upon arrival in China?
No, sorry. Tickets are not reserved before payment.
I have received a booking form from your company. What should I do the next?
Please follow the instruction to fill out the form and then send the form back to us by email or fax. We can only proceed your booking after we have received the completed form. Please contact us if you have not received any reply within 36 hours after sending the form.
